Le Complexe, a fusion of the culinary passion of Escoffier disciple Jean-Marc Bouchet and gourmet epicurean Régis Guillet, was founded in 2016. With 35 years' of experiences in business management and catering, Chef Jean Marc Bouchet stands out for his inventive and creative cooking, while Régis Guillet remains uncompromising on one essential point: the quality, the secret ingredient of this unrivalled entrepreneur.

We firmly believe that innovative ideas and meaningful change cannot emerge on an empty stomach. That's why we've chose to specialize in corporate catering, where our passion and our craft come together to support our customers in their development.

As a catering leader in Madagascar, we produce 12,000 meals per day, thanks to our 2 central kitchens in Antananarivo and 1 in Tamatave, as well as 10 satellite kitchens spread between the two cities.

Since 2022, Le Complexe has benefited from the support of MIARAKAP's impact investment fund, a committed partner. This collaboration translates into action plans and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) impact objectives aimed at strengthening our positive contribution to society.


Miarakap is a pioneer in blended finance for entrepreneurs in Madagascar. It supports financed companies in defining measurable ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) impact objectives, translated into action plans and periodically reviewed within the framework of detailed reporting and demanding governance.
